Sopley Park Holiday Homes – Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Check-in/Check-out:

1.1. Booking: By booking a stay with Sopley Park Holiday Homes, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1.2. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out time is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

2. Guest Requirements:

2.1. Age Restrictions: Our accommodation is exclusively for adults, and all guests must be at least 18 years old unless agreed beforehand.

2.2. No Pets or Children: We regret that we cannot accommodate pets or children at Sopley Park Holiday Homes unless agreed beforehand.

3. Property Usage:

3.1. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.

3.2. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the property.

3.3. No Charging of Electric Vehicles: Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on the property. Please make alternative arrangements for charging your electric vehicle.

4. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation Policy:

5.1. Cancellation by Guest: Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund, excluding bank charges and administration fees incurred.

5.2. Cancellation by Guest made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable unless the booked accommodation dates are re-let (excluding bank charges and administration fees)

5.2. We would advise taking out comprehensive travel insurance to cover possible cancellation costs and your stay at our holiday home. If you choose not to then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.

5.2. Cancellation by Sopley Park Holiday Homes: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your reservation for any reason, you will receive a full refund, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in finding alternative accommodations.

6. Security Deposit:

6.1. A damage/loss deposit of £150 is required upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 3 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of these terms and conditions.

7. Liability:

7.1. Sopley Park Holiday Homes is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.

7.2. Guests are liable for any damages to the property caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

8. Property Rules:

8.1. Guests must adhere to any additional property rules provided upon check-in.

9. Privacy and Data Protection:

9.1. We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Complaints and Maintenance:

10.1. Please report any issues or maintenance concerns promptly to Sopley Park Holiday Homes office in person, phone, or email. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve them as soon as possible.

11. Governing Law:

11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By booking with Sopley Park Holiday Homes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
